At I Am Plant Based LLC, we are committed to providing accurate and high-quality service. If we’ve made a mistake with your order, we’ll gladly make it right.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

If you need to return or exchange an item for any reason, please follow these steps:

  1. You must retain your original paper invoice and send a clear photo of it to our customer service team.
  2. Submit your request within 30 days of receiving your order via:
    • Email: iamplantbased@gmail.com
    • Chat Messenger (if available)

Once we confirm the issue, we’ll provide a prepaid return shipping label, a Priority Mail envelope, and send the correct item at no additional cost to you.

Important Conditions for Returns

  • A photo of the paper invoice AND a photo of the incorrect item(s) are required for any return or exchange to be processed.
  • Items must be unopened and unused to qualify for a return.
  • Opened products will be reviewed case-by-case, but we reserve the right to deny returns for opened items.
  • Returns or refunds will not be accepted if these terms are not met.

Non-Returnable Situations

We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges under the following circumstances:

  • Products have been opened and are being returned solely because they did not meet personal expectations.
  • You no longer want the order.
  • You missed applying a discount code or rewards points. (Sales and point redemptions cannot be applied retroactively.)

Order Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your order before it ships, please note that a $10 cancellation processing fee will apply.
